I ordered two iPhone Xs Max on the 21th of August and they were supposed to be delivered on the 2nd of october. I received an email saying that my order had been shipped on the 20th of December.I have tried calling customer service, but no one picks up. I have tried sending a message, but it doesn't appear as though anyone is looking at it. I would like to visit https://almostblue.international/article/product-qa/6/2393/ now. I have also called my bank and had them dispute the charge for shipping as well as for canceling my order.
